Denim guide: American Vintage Red skinny jeans

As you may have noticed, this season I kept searching for different pairs of denim and I thought I definitely need a coloured one in my wardrobe! And as the red/burgundy palette is very popular for the Autumn/Winter season every year, I opted out for this lovely subtle red. This pair is by French brand called American Vintage. I also love their basic tees (own a few of them in different colours) and their lovely knits that I keep from a couple of seasons ago. They are very handy all year round. What makes these American Vintage red skinny jeans so comfy is their higher rise, (I mean is there anyone who doesn’t like a high rise?) and the skinny fit just makes them the ideal pair of denim. As I already mentioned, the red colour is very seasonal, which could be a tricky one to style. However, it goes perfectly with a crisp white shirt and a leopard cardi, or a beige/brown coat. I would recommend finishing off the look with black boots. I paired the American Vintage red skinny jeans with a lace top in white by Danish brand Inwear. I chose this vintage looking top because of the soft colour it has, so it doesn’t clash with the jeans. Completed the look with a pair of leopard boots to add a little edge to the whole outfit!
