Givenchy urban couture

Being a creative director for decade, I can’t imagine Givenchy being lead under different wings than Riccardo Tisci. Joining the house back in 2005, after many significant names that has influence the fashion house future, he had proof his name. Earlier this year, we had witnessed the  spectacular show full of woman wearing a face and body jewellery with mystical meaning. Tisci as well know being a jewellery collector, explains in backstage: ‘I am collecting dreams.

What we got impressed by over here in Fringe and Doll is his ‘Urban Couture’ influencing over the past years and referring to the latest trend. Simply wearing stunning brocade evening dress, whilst on your ordinary day – with a hint of urbanism – on the street. Adding jewels to make a statement and being able to refer to your look as showcasing during ‘couture week’. He has taken a couture to the next level!

The breaking new from this morning also shooting all over, the creative director Riccardo Tisci has opened up the house during his NYFW show this September to real people. Non industry people, get ready as you can get your ticket with “no proof of Givenchy purchased” as some journalist calls it, free of charge from this afternoon 3pm GMT time or 10am EST. There are more than 800 tickets available on first comes first serves basis for all of you living in New York or travelling to. Make sure you don’t forget if you out and about!. This fashion show has already lots of attention- for our surprise, Riccardo Tisci chosen to showcase his Spring Summer 2016 collection in New York instead his usual city Paris, and is working closely with the City Of New York on this public event.

Enjoy, Radana.xx
